Brief Invention Description: The Aether System is designed to solve the problem of not enough rescuers in the event of a major earthquake. It takes so much time to find life and then triage life let alone rescue life. If a MegaThruster Earthquake were to hit Cascdia as predicted this solution would help prevent the sheer loss of life by freeing up rescuers and finding life faster. The Aether System is an intelligent UAV system which consists of one blimp main unit (which acts as base) with 10 life scanning Electroides attached. In the event of an earthquake the blimp will set up it's predetermined base location. Then the Electroides are released to scan the area finding life and assessing buildings and area. It sends it triaged information (using the bitFlasher algorithm) to a central database for rescuers. The blimp base also acts as a charging station and wifi/network station.

The Aether System:
Fear Not Victoria!
Thanks to biFlashers Inc., we have the Aether System.
These are unmanned Aerial Units that:
These units reduce the number and risk of valuable rescuers during the most crucial first 24 hour period after an Earthquake.
Upon an Earthquake:
The Aether System is deployed, each going to predetermined central locations over greater Victoria BC.
Once base is established, the life scanning Electroide units are released.
These Electroides are equipped with state of the art scanning systems using:
Once life is found, the Electroide commences it's triage using the bitFlashers rescue-ability algorithm. (see below) It then used it's other scanning features to assess the buildings where life is found.
When complete is submits it's data to central databases for rescuers to use to determine the most dense areas with rescueable life and which level rescue units to send.
When the electroide needs to recharge it just returns to it's base Aether blimp. The blimp while stationed is collecting energy through it's solar and microwave systems and can quickly and easily recharge it's Electoride units.
The Aether blimp also acts as a central wifi relay collecting and magnifying networks from afar.

Acoustic Sensors
Life Scan; Scanning for human voices, movement and heartbeat.
Building Scan; send an impulse to find voids or damaged areas
Infrared Sensor
Life Scanning; Scanning for 'heat' radiation signatures of people.
Passive Sensor that detects the heat energy (radiation) we emit
Microwave Sensor
Life Scan: Scanning for movement through concrete (slightest breath movement)
Sends electromagnetic pulses and detects the change in frequency in movement.
Laser Sensor
Building Scan: Detects structural integrity
